Maintenance Technician

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our team at Great Lakes Management Maintenance Technician Job Details: Hours - Full-time, Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm Pay Range - $25 - $26 / hour Location - 1015 Essex St SE, Minneapolis, MN 55414 - University Village Apartments Benefits: 401(k) Match Excellent and affordable health care benefits Paid Vacation and Sick Time Paid Holidays & Floating Holidays Maintenance Technician Responsibilities: Assist in maintaining all mechanical equipment, emergency systems, building fixtures and groundwork as needed. Complete all work orders quickly and efficiently. Report any problems/deficiencies to the Director of Maintenance Knowledgeable of building codes and regulatory compliance issues. Interacts positively with all team members in maintaining census by immediately completing apartment turns Maintain the grounds; trash, sweep, dumpster areas, snowplow, etc Test the resident security systems as required. Assist with custodial duties which include but not limited to, trash removal, carpet cleaning, etc. Perform any maintenance task necessary as directed. Maintenance Technician Qualifications: Minimum two years' experience in maintenance, preferably residential property management. Skills in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, appliances, doors & windows.
