What Youu2019ll Do: As a Resident Concierge, youu2019ll play a vital role in making our community feel like home Youu2019ll serve as a helping hand, a welcoming face, and a problem-solver for residents as we undergo building improvements. Your day-to-day will include: + Assisting residents and guests with navigation during elevator renovations + Providing exceptional customer service and answering resident inquiries + Helping residents with groceries, packages, and other deliveries + Offering light pet assistance (brief walks or letting pets out) + Performing door-to-door trash pickup + Keeping entryways and lobby areas clean and inviting + Assisting with office tasks as needed + Monitoring the property for safety and cleanliness What Weu2019re Looking For: + Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills + Customer service experience preferred + Reliable, self-motivated, and professional demeanor + Weekend availability is a must + This role involves regular movement throughout the property, including stair climbing and occasional lifting.
