JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job Title: Plant Manager, Laminations Plant &Wauwatosa Site Manager Situation in Organization The Plant Managerreports to the Regional Industrial Director, Industrial Adhesives, AMASJob Dimensions Provide the leadership, direction, and management for allaspects of the plant's operation Responsible for the safe operation ofthe plant and compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.Responsible for meeting site and business Key Performance Indicators.Responsible for plant start up to meet customer demand requirementsActivities Develop, implement, and sustain a continuously improving EHS(environmental, health and safety) program to achieve the ultimate goalof no safety or environmental incidents. Drive best in class 5S andhousekeeping expectations. Ensure Safe work habits in accordance withOSHA, EPA guidelines, and Bostik specific EHS expectations. Work closelywith Customer Service, Marketing and Sales to achieve the best On-TimeDelivery results while meeting the financial and inventory goals of theplant. In coordination with R&D, PLM and commercial teams, introduce andoptimize new products in a timely manner and make improvements toexisting products to meet the market demands. Develop programs, policiesand procedures to continuously improve the quality and productivity ofthe plant while reducing inventories. Develop and nurture a culture ofcontinuous improvement via employee involvement, development, andcommitment to effective execution of plant goals. Utilize lean six sigmatools to drive improvements in productivity of the site. Use OEE(overall equipment efficiency) and VSM (value stream mapping) to driveproductivity improvement. Drive root cause analysis and problem-solvingtools to address performance issues. Ensure small capex projects are ledand executed by the plant team and participate in large capex projectsas defined by the stage gate process. Create and maintain a positive andopen employee relations environment in harmony with Arkema values.Coach, train and motivate team members to achieve business outcomes.Assist in the creation of the organization's vision and growthstrategies and execute the business and operations plans at the plant toachieve revenue, profit, and performance targets.
