Joinour team as a Retirement Plan Services Advisor (Business DevelopmentOfficer), where you will play a key role in driving new businessdevelopment with business owners and providing their employees withcomprehensive retirement plan services.About the Role As a RetirementPlan Services Advisor, you will be responsible for developing newqualified and non-qualified retirement plan relationships, focusing onboth acquiring new clients and delivering outstanding service toexisting accounts. Your expertise will help business owners implement,administer, and optimize qualified employee retirement plans thatsupport their workforce and their business goals.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement a personal business plan focused on acquiring newclients, generating referrals, and retaining existing relationships. Inaddition to community involvement, there is a strong focus on internalpartnerships and referrals. Engage business owners through consultativefinancial planning to understand and address their objectives. Adviseplan sponsors on conversions, design, amendments, and administration ofemployee retirement plans. Interpret plan documents, respond to sponsorand employee inquiries, and conduct educational meetings. Act as theprimary liaison, building strong relationships with clients, investmentmanagers, and recordkeeping teams. Coordinate client interactions toensure seamless transactions and clear communication of complexfinancial solutions. Assemble internal specialist teams to deliverholistic solutions and match client needs in brokerage, mortgage, andcommercial banking services.Qualifications Bachelor's degree and atleast 4 years of experience working with business and organizationleaders and/or affluent clientele (or equivalent combination ofeducation and experience). Series 65 license required, or ability toobtain within 90 days of hire. Proven expertise in sales, networking,negotiation, business development, and execution. Strong knowledge ofinvestment management, financial planning, and retirement plan dustry certifications such as CEBS, QKA, AIF, CRPS, or similar highlydesirable. Familiarity with Lending/Banking, Qualified Plans, andBusiness Succession is a plus.
