Specialty tools needed will be provided by Georgia-Pacific.Salary:Starting wage: $36.80/hr - $43.26/hr; determined based on experience/skillset.Shift:Candidates should be open to working any shift, as well as holidays, overtime, and weekends as needed.Shift Hours:1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM (Sunday night- Friday morning)Overtime, holidays, and weekends as needed.Physical Location:1203 Fones Road SE, Olympia, WA 98501Our TeamOur team creates value by safely assisting with the production of corrugated boxes for our valued customers.Click here to see how we make corrugated boxes, and click here to learn more about our productsBenefits offered:Medical and dental benefitsLife Insurance401-K matching programPaid holidays - including floating holidaysPaid vacation daysWhat You Will DoAdhering to all plant safety and environmental guidelines, policies, and proceduresHelping to meet or exceed production, waste and quality goals through a quality maintenance programInstalling and repairing mechanical drives, chains, sprockets, gears, belts, and couplingsPerform all maintenance checks and preventive maintenance in a safe and timely mannerUpload/download and research online the necessary software, maintenance and operation manual for equipment pertaining to the business to aid in performing tasksTroubleshooting electrical and/or mechanical problems and repairing and maintaining all equipment in accordance with plant policies and proceduresReading and interpreting mechanical and electrical schematicsCompleting mechanical and electrical preventive maintenance activitiesTroubleshooting and repairing automated systems with remote technical supportWho you Are (Basic Qualifications)At least one (1) year of maintenance experience within an industrial, manufacturing, or military environment.Experience reading technical drawings and schematics.Experience performing preventative maintenance and identifying predictive maintenance of equipment.Experience troubleshooting bearings, chains, sprockets, gearboxes, conveyors and electrical/mechanical equipment.Experience working with hydraulic & pneumatic systems.What Will Put You AheadExperience working with 480-volt motors.Experience working in the corrugated industry.Electrical Certification, technical schooling earned or other related educational certifications/degrees.At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
