Job description:Unleash Your Passion: Calling All Caregivers Day ShiftWe're on the lookout for vibrant and dedicated CNA 's and HCA's for Shifts in the beautiful Seattle, WA, and nearby areas.If you crave a job that's not just a paycheck but a thrilling adventure, your search ends nowEarn up to $27 per hourRequirements:- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a senior care or related healthcare setting- Current CPR certification- Authorized to work in the US- Must successfully pass a criminal background check and any additional screenings as required- Two verifiable professional references- Must maintain all required certifications, training, and comply with company and state regulations for employment- Reliable transportation to attend assigned patient visitsMain Responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Assisting clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs) according to the Plan of Care- Building trusting and confidential relationships with clients and their families- Maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for the client- Providing support with household tasks, personal care, and preparation of nutritious meals- Assisting with therapy exercises as directed in the Plan of Care- Monitoring and supporting healthcare needs, including providing medication reminders- Encouraging clients to maintain or regain independence whenever possible- Promoting mental stimulation through engagement in activities and conversation- Accurately and promptly documenting client activities, mood, challenges, and other relevant information- Reporting any changes in client condition or home environment to the immediate supervisor- Attending in-service training sessions as required by state and federal regulations
