The opportunity Delaware North Sportservice is searching for seasonal Suite Attendants to join our team at Camelback Ranch in Glendale, Arizona. As a Suite Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring an effective operation of assigned luxury suites, including stocking, serving, and attending to guests' needs. This position is a seasonal position that begins in February. Spring Training games at Camelback Ranch will be held from February through March, with typical shift availability needed from 9 am u2013 4 pm. What will you do? + Prepare the suite and ensure all items are in place for the guest's arrival, including those ordered in advance of the event + Anticipate guests' needs, suggest additional items such as appetizers and desserts, and communicate in-suite orders to kitchen and bar staff + Ensure all laws and regulations are being followed, including checking for identification before serving alcohol + Obtain signatures from the suite host on any charges incurred More about you + At least 18 years old + No high school diploma or GED required + Minimum of 1 year of service experience in a hotel, full-service restaurant, catering facility, or club environment required + Previous experience as a suite runner preferred Physical requirements + Ability to lift to 50 pounds + Ability to stand and walk for the entire length of the shift + Exposure to variable temperatures + May be required to work in narrow spaces Shift details Events Who we are Our business is all about people, and that includes you.
