Job Title: SCITES u2013 VTC Technician III Location: Doral FL Required Clearance: TS with SCI Eligibility u2013 can start with SECRET clearance Certifications: 8570 IAT Level II Required Education: Associate u2019s Degree in a related technical discipline or commensurate level of experience based on position level Required Experience: 2 Years Position Description: Exeter is looking for a Video Teleconference Technician to work out of U.S. SOUTHCOM in Doral FL . Successful candidate will p rovide Scheduling, initiating and monitoring of VTC sessions . Primary Responsibilities: + VTC schedulers/technicians require excellent problem-solving and customer service skills, as well as thorough knowledge of VTC hardware, software and network connections + VTC schedulers/technicians must have expertise in scheduling VTC sessions in VTC bridges, as well as hands-on experience with debugging the interoperation of VTC bridges and end points + Duties include: + Review OF VTC user request, schedule and manage VTC sessions + Provide pre-conference testing and setup for video teleconferences and/or meetings + Ensure full interoperability and a seamless connection between all internal and external systems to include, but not limited to, DISN Video Services - Global (DVS-G), NIPRNET, SIPRNET, and JWICS + Installing, configuring, and maintaining VTC endpoints , to include software upgrades, configuring of systems and troubleshooting + Provide technical support and training to end-users Required Qualifications: + TS with SCI Eligibility u2013 can start with SECRET clearance + Associate u2019s Degree in a related technical discipline or commensurate level of experience based on position level + 8570 IAT Level II Desired Qualifications /Experience : + Systems Administration or Network Engineer background a plus + Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability or protected veteran status. + #Clearancejobs
