Note: Enrollment in a Swire Medical Plan is required for some benefits.Job Details:Job Level: 4What does an Account Manager, Small do at Swire Coca-Cola?Promotes the growth and development of Coca-Cola and its allied products by building trust with customers, executing promotional activities and ensuring that accounts are merchandised in accordance with company standards and the store Customer Marketing Agreement (CMA).Responsibilities:Interact and built rapport with decision maker in each customer locationPlace orders of product to be delivered maintaining inventory levels for consumers purchaseEnsure customer beverage sections, displays, coolers and all points of availability are properly stocked, maintained and rotatedSell new and promotional items and make plans for floor and cooler space with store decision maker, by working with retail managers at customer locations to promote the most sales revenueMaintains back room/back stock areas in a safely accessible stack formation within the assigned storage areaSell yearly Customer Marketing Agreements (CMA) and ensure agreements are followed throughout the yearInteract with Delivery Merchandiser OFS to ensure that accounts are restocked and displays built in alignment with company standards and agreement with store decision makerOrganize and arrange for pickup/credit of product unfit for sale insuring that expired or damaged product is not sold to consumersAttend meetings as assigned and assist with special projects and eventsRequirements:High School Diploma (or GED) required or equivalent degree/certificate requiredMust be able to operate CONA, Excel, Outlook, and a PDF reader on a IPhone and IPad devicesMust be at least 18 years of ageMust have a valid driver's licenseDriving record must meet Swire's vehicle policy requirementsReliable form of transportationAbility to work weekends and holidays as directed by the businessAbility to lift to 50 poundsCome and join our Sparkling teamBase pay range is $59,730 to $78,396 plus bonus structure (dependent on role).
