Responsibilities and Duties Weu2019re a ServiceNow Consulting and Implementation (C&I) Partner building a ServiceNow Practice, and weu2019re looking for a visionary Senior Architect to help lead the way. Your leadership will directly influence how we grow, differentiate, and win in the market. Day to day, youu2019ll guide solution design, customization, and cross-module integration ensuring every implementation is scalable, compliant, and impactful. Youu2019ll also work closely with the Practice Director to shape our delivery model, mentor team members, and establish best practices that will fuel long-term success. Day-to-day responsibilities include: u25cf Serve as the technical authority for ServiceNow solutions focusing on federal business workflows. u25cf Design, develop, and oversee custom applications and workflows spanning multiple modules. u25cf Participate in strategic and technical discussions with clients and partners. u25cf Define and enforce platform governance, standards, and best practices for customization, integration, and data security. u25cf Ensure that custom solutions remain upgradeable and sustainable. u25cf Collaborate with functional SMEs, business analysts, and developers to translate complex business rules into platform designs. u25cf Integrate ServiceNow with external client systems. u25cf Mentor developers and administrators to strengthen the OCTu2019s custom development capabilities. u25cf Oversee OCTu2019s ServiceNow implementations. Requirements Qualifications/Requirements u25cf Must be a U.S. Citizen u25cf Bacheloru2019s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). u25cf 5-7 years of ServiceNow platform experience with at least one full lifecycle implementation. u25cf ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD). u25cf Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in one or more domains. u25cf Exposure to AI/ML features within ServiceNow (predictive intelligence, virtual agents, etc.). u25cf Experience leveraging Integration Hub and Flow Designer for automation. u25cf Strong hands-on knowledge of ServiceNow configuration, workflows, scripting (JavaScript/Glide), and integrations. u25cf Demonstrated ability to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. u25cf Solid understanding of ITIL processes and how they map to ServiceNow. u25cf Experience designing enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions, including integrations with external systems. u25cf Strong knowledge of data models, security (roles, ACLs), and platform performance optimization. u25cf Exposure to Agile/DevOps practices (e.g., ServiceNow CICD, update sets, automated testing). u25cf Ability to establish platform governance frameworks, including design standards, technical debt management, and scalability practices. u25cf Deep integration experience (REST, SOAP, SSO, LDAP, API gateways, cloud platforms). u25cf Knowledge of FedRAMP, FISMA, NIST, or other federal compliance frameworks. u25cf Active Public Trust or Security Clearance eligibility Preferred Qualifications u25cf 7+ years of ServiceNow experience, including multi-department or multi-instance architecture. u25cf ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) (or actively pursuing). u25cf Proven track record leading large-scale ServiceNow transformations for enterprise clients. u25cf Recognized thought leader internally: develops best practices, roadmaps, and strategic platform direction. u25cf Strong stakeholder engagement skills u2014 able to influence executives and guide long-term platform adoption. u25cf Experience mentoring junior ServiceNow admins/developers. u25cf Existing Secret or Top-Secret clearance u25cf This role is in the DC area with a hybrid work schedule in McLean, VA.
