Your responsibilities will include: + Menu Innovation : Design and execute creative, seasonal menus that delight guests. + Operational Leadership : Oversee ordering, inventory, and cost control for food and labor. + Team Management : Lead and inspire a team of 8 dedicated hourly employees. + Catering Excellence : Deliver high-quality catering for corporate events. + Safety & Quality : Ensure compliance with all safety and sanitation standards. + Hands-On Leadership : Be actively involved in production about 80% of the time .
