JOB TITLE:Test Center Administrator REPORTSTO:Test Center Manager DEPARTMENT:Test Center LOCATION: Ashwaubenon, WI.TEST CENTER ADDRESS:1525 Park Place JOB OVERVIEW: The Test CenterAdministrator (TCA) serves as the face of Prometric in test centersworldwide. These emerging professionals are part of a growingspecialization within the company and thrive in fast-paced environmentsthat support people taking life-changing exams. The position requiresTCAs to verify candidate identification, monitor exams and maintainstrict policies and guidelines to uphold the highest standards for examintegrity in the world.Prometric employs more than 600 TCAs worldwidewho are highly respected for their ability to lead and control thecomputer-based test center environment. Candidate must be open toflexible scheduling. This is a full-time position, 30-40 hours per week,with an expectation to work more hours if needed. Schedules areavailable 2 weeks in advance. RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintain and applyexpert knowledge of test center policies, practices, and proceduresGreet examinees and verify identification Perform required securitychecks including the use of wands Continuously monitor candidates asthey complete exams Report and/or resolve candidate issues with urgencyMaintain a secure environment and materials in the test center at alltimes Ensure every candidate receives a fair and comfortable testingexperience Report any occurrences outside company guidelines Ability tobe flexible with scheduling based on Prometric days of operationsRepresent Prometric's vision, mission, and values Safeguard the testcenter from misconduct If applicable, digitally scan and record thecandidate's fingerprint identification QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION: Highschool diploma or equivalent required College experience a plusEXPERIENCE: Minimum of one year of customer service experience required,in person (call center, retail, restaurant, etc.) Must be 18 years ofage to qualify SKILLS: Ability to communicate professionally andeffectively with candidates and coworkers Ability to write detailed andaccurate reports and correspondence Ability to multi-task and handlesmall tools, pack equipment for shipping or unpack for installationFamiliar with Microsoft Windows-based computer programs and applications(including but not limited to MS Office, Outlook, and Explorer webbrowsing) PHYSICAL JOB REQUIREMENTS Must be able to bend, stoop, andlift up to 40 pounds Ability to remain in a stationary position forextended periods of time while administering exams Ability to physicallymove through the test room every 8-10 minutes and escort candidates toand from the testing room Visual requirements include the ability toadjust or focus computer screens and view the testing room throug camera monitors while proctoring theexam Ability to maintain computersin the lab and office setting, by physically maneuvering in tightspaces, while maintaining safety protocols Prometric is an EqualEmployment/Affirmative Action employer.
