Role Summary As a Private BankingExecutive, you'll drive new business growth and deepen relationshipswith high-net-worth clients and healthcare practices. You'll serve as atrusted advisor, connecting clients to personalized financial solutionsacross lending, deposits, and wealth management. This is arelationship-driven role where you'll expand your professional network,make an impact, and help clients achieve their financial goals. KeyAccountabilities Develop new client relationships through proactiveoutreach, networking, and referral partnerships. Drive profitable growthin loans, deposits, and assets under management by identifying andmeeting client needs. Partner with private banking account executivesand colleagues across business lines to deliver comprehensive financialsolutions. Manage portfolio quality through active monitoring of loanrenewals, financial performance, and covenant compliance. Deliverexceptional service and advice that consistently exceeds clientexpectations. Collaborate with internal partners to retain existingclients and support total relationship growth. Engage in community andprofessional organizations to build visibility and strengthen referralnetworks. Provide financial insights and guidance on market trends andbanking solutions to support client success.
