Learn more at and Responsibilities Sr. Human Resources Generalist / Business Partner Senior Human Resources Generalist / Business Partner Ideal Candidate Profile QTS is currently seeking an energetic, responsive, and well-organized full-time Sr. Human Resources Generalist / Business Partner. This position will be responsible for aligning our HR strategies with business objectives, fostering a high-performing culture, and supporting our workforce. Senior Human Resources Generalist / Business Partner Job Summary u2022 Build strong and trusting relationships with business leaders and human resources. u2022 Serve as a trusted advisor on HR-related matters with supervisors and managers to proactively define workforce needs and key roles, implement tactical and strategic plans to meet business goals. u2022 Lead HR projects and initiatives from the business and from the corporate office. u2022 Mentor and provide support to HR team members at the companyu2019s facility or any of the operating companies. u2022 Coach and advise leads, supervisors, and managers. u2022 Lead and administer policies and procedures that support the company's philosophy, culture, and strategic goals. u2022 Identify and lead more complex process improvement initiatives. u2022 Resolve employee relations issues that require more experience and knowledge. u2022 Lead the recruiting efforts by creating recruiting campaigns, maintaining the ATS, participating in job fairs, conducting interviews, and engaging with applicants through the onboarding process. u2022 Manage staffing vendors and contracts. u2022 Provide talent management metrics to business leaders. u2022 Conduct onboarding and offboarding sessions. u2022 Facilitate the 30-60-90-day check-ins with employees. u2022 Support and/or lead the workplace committee teams to include wellness and people, and culture. u2022 Respond to unemployment claims and attend appeal hearings. u2022 Ensure the HRIS system, employee files, and I-9 documents are accurate and maintained. u2022 Provide support for injury management and employee leaves. u2022 Provide support for the annual enrollment process for benefits and assist employees with benefit questions. u2022 Provide support to the annual performance management process to include goal setting, mid-year check-ins, annual appraisals, and compensation planning. u2022 Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and communicate changes to employees. Qualifications Senior Human Resources Generalist / Business Partner Skills and Experience u2022 Bacheloru2019s degree in Human Resources or an active HR certification through SHRM (SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP). u2022 7 years of HR experience in HR. u2022 Experience recruiting entry-level to management-level positions in a manufacturing environment. u2022 Strong understanding of state, local, and federal labor laws and regulations. u2022 Excellent communication (verbal and written), negotiation, and interpersonal skills u2022 Experience consulting on a wide variety of employee relations situations u2022 Proven ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization u2022 Focused problem-solving skills, analytical and systems thinking ability; demonstrated through previous experience. u2022 Strong initiative and results orientation. u2022 Microsoft Office proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher). u2022 Attention to detail and organizational skills. u2022 Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment. u2022 Ability to prioritize and multitask. u2022 Ability to work onsite in a manufacturing environment Desirable Criteria and Qualifications u2022 Masteru2019s degree in Human Resources. u2022 Medical device experience. u2022 Experience with Lean Tools. u2022 Continuing Education, including participation in local chapters, associations, and/or organizations. Pay Range USD $74,000.00 - USD $110,000.00 /Yr. Pay Range Details This pay range reflects the base hourly rate or annual salary for positions within this job grade, based on our market-based pay structures. Actual compensation will depend on factors such as skills, relevant experience, education, internal equity, business needs, and local market conditions. While the full hiring range is shared for transparency,offers are rarely made at the minimum or maximum of the range.
