The Hospital Services Specialist Install is responsible for the timely and efficient installation of cabinets and brackets following specific guidelines as designated by Stericycle's Installation procedures and customer request. This role will be required to travel which includes but is not limited to 85-90% as designated by Installation Manager. This role is also responsible for performing support services as designated by the Installation Manager and by the needs of various departments to include but not limited to performing in-service Hospital Services. Position Purpose: This role is responsible for the timely and efficient installation of cabinets and brackets following specific guidelines as designated by Stericycleu2019s Installation procedures and customer request. This role will be required to travel which includes but is not limited to 85-90% as designated by Installation Manager. Maintenance of equipment provided by Stericycle. This role is also responsible for performing support services as designated by the Installation Manager and by the needs of various departments to include but not limited to performing in-service Hospital Services. Key Job Activities: u2022 Installation of Stericycleu2019s business offerings equipment. i.e. ( cabinets, brackets and support equipment). u2022 Maintains all Stericycle provided tools, equipment, etc. u2022 Maintains educational and medical compliances to meet the requirements of working in a healthcare environment. u2022 Maintains and follows all company guidelines with regards to travel, expenses and compliances. u2022 Maintains all educational and medical compliances. u2022 Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned. Experience: u2022 High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred u2022 General understanding of basic hand tools and their uses. Some installation knowledge of wall mounted applications preferred. u2022 Valid Driveru2019s License is required u2022 Ability to use App Based Technology for education purposes, reporting expenses etc.u2026 u2022 Demonstrates strong communication skills and tact in providing superior service in a variety of settings and situations.
