Requirements u2022 Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment roles. u2022 Proficiency in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding. u2022 Strong expertise in talent sourcing through various channels such as social media and detail-oriented networks. u2022 Demonstrated success in corporate recruiting and building effective talent pipelines. u2022 Familiarity with talent branding strategies to enhance employer reputation. u2022 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders. u2022 Ability to analyze recruitment data and metrics to drive improvements. u2022 Knowledge of healthcare industry recruitment practices is a plus.
