Were growing fast and looking for talented individuals to join our team and grow with us.Position SummaryWere seeking a detail-oriented, highly motivated Junior Electrical Estimator to support our estimating department. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with field experience or a technical background who wants to move into a professional office-based role and learn from a seasoned Senior Estimator.Youll work alongside our Senior Electrical Estimator to help produce accurate estimates, review plans and specifications, coordinate with vendors, and prepare proposals. This is a developmental position with career path potential into senior estimating or project management.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in preparing accurate electrical estimates for service and project workInterpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specificationsPerform material take-offs and labor calculationsRequest vendor and subcontractor pricingMaintain organized estimate records and documentationPrepare proposal packages and customer-facing quotesCommunicate with clients, vendors, technicians, and operations staffWork under the guidance of the Senior Estimator and support project handoffsPreferred Qualifications1-3 years experience in electrical service, construction, or estimating supportStrong understanding of residential and commercial electrical systemsAbility to read and interpret construction plansFamiliarity with NEC codes and permitting requirements (San Diego experience a plus)Excellent attention to detail and follow-throughStrong computer skills, including Google Workspace and estimating software (ServiceTitan or PlanSwift a plus)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsSelf-motivated and eager to grow within the trade💼 Compensation & BenefitsPay: $26 - $29 per hour (depending on experience)Benefits After 90 Days:Health, Dental, and Vision InsurancePaid HolidaysPaid Time Off and Sick Leave401(k)Training & career development opportunities📲 How to ApplyApply now at
