Join Our Team at UPMC Rehabilitation Institute u2013 Costello Center Position: Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant Location: 1705 Warren Avenue Schedule: Days/Early Evenings, Monday through Friday Are you a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant looking to make a difference in an outpatient facility? UPMC Rehabilitation Institute u2013 Costello Center is seeking a passionate and skilled PTA to join our dynamic team. If you have previous experience in an outpatient setting, we want to hear from you Key Responsibilities: + Provide Exceptional Care: Deliver physical therapy treatments in accordance with the plan of care established by the physical therapist. Recommend changes based on patient condition and response to treatment. + Maintain Order: Keep work areas neat and orderly, and direct therapy volunteers. + Clerical Duties: Perform necessary clerical responsibilities as required by the facility. + Patient Transport: Safely and professionally transport patients using prescribed transport vehicles. Qualifications: + Previous PTA experience in an outpatient facility is preferred. + Strong clinical skills and ability to implement treatment programs effectively. + Excellent communication and organizational skills.
