The Supervisor monitors expenses to budget; resolves customer service concerns; produces reports; investigates and resolves problems; may cover open shifts, as needed and actively engages with employees to build reliance in the Security Department and awareness of staff safety within MultiCare.RequirementsAssociates degree required or 2 years of experience in lieu of a degree will be consideredTwo years of experience in a similar rolePrevious experience and demonstrated skills in as supervisory or lead capacitySuccessfully complete the IAHSS (International Association for Hospital Security and Safety) hospital security officer basic training program and supervisors training program within the first year of employment or promotionCurrent State Driver's License; and proof of a safe driving record (which meets established MHS Standards) obtained by a motor vehicle report from the appropriate stateOur ValuesAs a MultiCare employee, we'll rely on you to reflect our core values of Respect, Integrity, Stewardship, Excellence, Collaboration, Kindness and Joy.
