What Youu2019ll Do + Develop budget estimates by performing accurate quantity takeoffs from plans, specs, or conceptual data. + Review and interpret project documents to estimate scope of work. + Apply unit costs and productivity rates provided by supervisors. + Solicit and analyze subcontractor and vendor bids. + Prepare subcontractor analysis sheets and evaluate change orders. + Provide expertise across all phases of construction estimating. + Perform additional duties as assigned to support project success. What Weu2019re Looking For + 3+ years of experience in mechanical process piping or MEP estimating within semiconductor construction. + Strong estimating experience in high-volume commercial construction. + Advanced proficiency in Excel and solid knowledge of Windows, Word, PowerPoint, Publisher, and Outlook. + Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
