If you're looking for a firm with a strong team connection where you can be your whole self, have an impact, advance your skills, deepen your experiences, and have the flexibility and access to constantly find new areas of inspiration and expand your capabilities, then consider a career in Advisory.KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Workday Analytics and Reporting Architect for our Consulting practice.Responsibilities :Participate in Workday projects involving strategy, implementation support, and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) optimization related to Information Technology (IT) operations, business processes, security, and data integrity for the Workday applications in Workday projects involving strategy, implementation support, and Workday optimization related to information technology operations, business processes, security, and data integrity for the applicationsReview and map Workday Integration and business processesExecute the day-to-day activities of Workday advisory engagements for a variety of clients including process design, package implementation lifecycle support, and project reviewsReview business processes and advise clients on system services available within the Workday applicationIdentify and communicate findings to senior management and client personnelQualifications :Minimum of five years of experience as a Workday Reporting Lead consultant with Workday implementation experienceMinimum of five full life cycle implementations with Workday Reporting, Advanced Reporting, Composite Reporting and BIRT as a Reporting Lead and/or Archtect and Workday certification in Workday HCM, Financials or Integration (Please note that any candidate hired by KPMG into this position that doesnt currently hold the aforementioned certification will be required to secure one within three months from the commencement of employment)Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field from an accredited college/universityExperience leading Reporting design, process alignment detailed understanding of ERP System concepts and general module functionalityDetailed understanding of Workday Reporting processes and best practicesAbility to travel upMust be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
