Your responsibilities will include: Conducting regular inspections, cleaning, lubrication, and calibration of HVAC equipment, such as air handlers, boilers, chillers, and cooling towers, to prevent costly repairs and downtime. Identifying and diagnosing potential issues or malfunctions in HVAC systems. Performing minor repairs and assisting with complex repairs under the guidance of service technicians. Maintaining accurate and detailed records of maintenance activities and repairs. Managing and maintaining inventory of necessary materials and equipment. Communicating clearly and consistently with customers, dispatchers, and team members. Providing exceptional customer service, including advising clients on maintenance and care.
