We foster a positive, growth-driven work culture where every team member is valued.Job SummaryWere seeking a Temporary Service Dispatcher & Customer Service Coordinator to support our operations team during an employee leave period. This role is full-time and expected to last approximately 4-7 months, with the possibility of extension depending on business needs.You will work closely with our Operations Manager, handling inbound service requests, dispatching technicians, coordinating schedules, and ensuring smooth customer interactions. This is a key position at the center of our daily operations.Key ResponsibilitiesProfessionally handle incoming calls and customer inquiriesSchedule and dispatch service technicians using ServiceTitanSupport the Operations Manager with administrative and executive tasksCommunicate clearly with clients, technicians, and vendorsMaintain accurate job notes and service documentationMonitor daily workflow and adjust dispatch as neededTrack technician progress for efficiency and schedule adherenceConduct customer follow-ups for scheduling or service updatesAssist with office coordination or executive admin support as neededMaintain a calm, positive, solution-focused attitude in a fast-paced environmentPreferred Qualifications2+ years experience in dispatch, CSR, call center, or office coordinationExperience in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or other trades strongly preferredCollege education preferredExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHighly organized and able to multitask effectivelyExperience with ServiceTitan or similar software is a plusTech-savvy with iPhones, Google Workspace, and scheduling toolsStrong problem-solving skills and a hospitality mindsetCompensation & Benefits💵 Pay: $28-$31/hour, depending on experienceTemporary employees are eligible for:Paid Sick LeavePaid Holidays (if they fall during the assignment)Access to training and development while employedHow to Apply📲 Apply at
