Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related quantitative field. Technical Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including functions, pivot tables, data analysis, and building robust financial models. Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for presentation development. Core Knowledge: Functional knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and the ability to write clear, compelling financial reports. Knowledge of GAAP accounting principles as they relate to budgeting and forecasting. Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication (written and verbal) skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex financial concepts to non-financial audiences. Character: A high level of ethics, integrity, judgment, and the ability to handle confidential information.
