Concessions Worker

Concessions Worker is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to fans, ensuring food items are delivered in a friendly and timely manner from a variety of perspectives. This dynamic role encompasses a variety of responsibilities, from food preparation to delivery, as well as concession stand operations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.Deliver exceptional customer service by providing accurate information about menu items and assisting guests with questionsPrepare and assemble food, snacks, and condiments according to production reports and quality standardsTransport pre-ordered and event-day food items to suites, concession stands, lounges, and picnic areas as neededAssist with food preparation for all locations, including organizing refrigerated items, chopping ingredients, and maintaining sanitized workstationsAccurately process food and beverage orders at concession stands using cashless payment systems, ensuring all transactions follow established proceduresComply with all state and local regulations regarding food handling, alcohol service, and safety protocolsMaintain adequate stock levels at assigned stands or kiosks throughout eventsConduct inventory checks and prepare products in accordance with management directives and health guidelinesQualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
