Production Associate

Job Title: Production Associate Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Production Associate to join our team. The role involves general labor tasks in a production environment, requiring attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols. 1st shift $20.50 6:20am - 2:50pm Responsibilities + Prepare for assembly tasks by reviewing blueprints, instructions, and parts lists; gather necessary components, tools, and materials. + Accurately position parts and subassemblies using templates or precise measurements. + Assemble components by verifying proper fit and securely fastening parts and subassemblies. + Troubleshoot assembly issues by adjusting dimensions to meet specifications and notifying supervisors when additional resources are needed. + Ensure equipment functionality through routine preventive maintenance. + Manage inventory levels by monitoring stock, forecasting supply needs, and placing or expediting orders as required. + Communicate daily with supervisors to report potential concerns or operational challenges. + Maintain a safe and clean work environment by adhering to established procedures, safety protocols, and regulations. + Uphold safety standards to protect team members and company assets. + Support team objectives by delivering high-quality work within designated timelines. + Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors or management. Essential Skills + Production + Assembly + Packaging + 6+ months of production experience + Experience packaging large parts + Able to use basic hand and power tools + General production knowledge + Hand tool proficiency + Packing skills + General labor experience Additional Skills & Qualifications + Able to lift 50lbs + Steel-toed boots required Work Environment The work environment is a production/warehouse setting, requiring the use of steel-toed boots for safety. The shift is from 6:20 AM to 2:50 PM, with overtime as needed. Employees are expected to maintain a clean and safe workspace, adhering to all safety regulations. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lake Forest, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.50 - $20.50/hr.
