Lead SDET (Hybrid)

Job Description The Lead SDET develops software, frameworks, and automation tools to ensure end-to-end quality for AAAu2019s applications. This role emphasizes continuous learning, quality engineering, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, team leader, and mentor who can guide the team toward achieving the companyu2019s vision. Key Responsibilities u2003u2022 Design and implement automation frameworks to improve quality and deployment speed. u2003u2022 Analyze code flow and interactions across processes. u2003u2022 Document processes and recommend improvements. u2003u2022 Manage and track user issues; troubleshoot bugs across mobile, desktop, and web platforms. u2003u2022 Execute and maintain automated tests; debug scripts. u2003u2022 Participate in planning meetings and provide technical feedback. u2003u2022 Perform other duties as assigned. Familiarity with Continuous Integration and best coding practices. u2022 Experience with pipeline-as-code and GitHub Actions. u2003u2022 Knowledge of LambdaTest, TestRail, and data-driven testing. u2003u2022 Mobile testing and automation frameworks.
