Sales / Customer Service Representative

Our client, a reputable organization specializing in interior design and construction support, is seeking a Sales / Customer Service Representative to join their team. As a Sales / Customer Service Representative, you will be part of the Customer Support and Sales teams supporting client relationships and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Sales / Customer Service Representative Location: Irvington, NY Pay Range: $25.00/hr Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm What's the Job? + Interact with customers via telephone, email, online chat, or in person to provide support and information on products or services. + Prepare quotes and answer inquiries from contractors, architects, and interior designers. + Collect and enter orders for products or services, ensuring accuracy and completeness. + Handle customer questions and complaints, escalating issues when necessary to resolve concerns effectively. + Maintain detailed customer accounts and records of interactions, inquiries, and comments. What's Needed? + High school diploma or equivalent. + CRM sales experience is required. + Proficiency in MS Word and Excel, with strong data entry skills. + Excellent communication skills, including active listening and customer service orientation. + Experience with Windows, Doors, HVAC, Electricians, Plumbing, or Window Treatments is a plus.
