Job Title: Pharmacy Technician Job Description We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician to join our team in a front-end, data entry role. This position involves timely entry of prescriptions and working closely within a specialty pharmacy setting. Responsibilities + Accurately enter prescription information into the pharmacy system in a timely manner. + Collaborate with the pharmacy team to ensure prescriptions are processed and filled efficiently. + Utilize strong computer skills to manage data entry tasks. + Ensure compliance with all pharmacy laws and regulations. + Assist with insurance processes and address any issues related to prescription coverage. Essential Skills + Pharmacy technician license is required. + Proficient in order entry and prescription fulfillment. + Strong computer skills and data entry proficiency. + Experience in retail pharmacy settings. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Registered Pharmacy Technician certification is preferred. + Experience in pharmacy is a plus. Work Environment This position is within a closed-door pharmacy. The role requires working at a desk with a computer for 8-hour shifts. We offer a 100% hybrid work schedule, Monday through Friday.
