BayCare is currently in search of our newest O ccupational Therapist - Pool/PRN who is passionate about providing outstanding customer service to our community. This role will be hybrid between our Outpatient Rehabilitation/Bloomingdale Center in Valrico and the Acute setting at South Florida Baptist Hospital in Plant City, FL . Our centers offer a comprehensive range of treatment for people dealing with sports injuries, neurological conditions, orthopedic problems, speech disorders and other conditions that cause mobility limitations. Occupational Therapist Pool/PRN Responsibilities: + Evaluate patientsu2019 functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans. + Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy interventions to support recovery and improve independence in activities of daily living. + Collaborate with physicians, nurses, case managers, and other rehab professionals to ensure coordinated care. + Document evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries in accordance with hospital and regulatory standards. + Educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques, adaptive equipment, and discharge planning. + Maintain compliance with hospital policies, infection control procedures, and safety standards. Requirements: + BLS (Basic Life Support) + OT (Occupational Therapy) + Or OT (Occupational Therapy) Eligible to obtain + Required Bachelor's Occupational Therapy + Preferred 1-year Occupational Therapy Ready to Make a Difference?
