Description We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Service Specialist to join a team in Newtown Square, Pennsylvania. This Contract to permanent position offers an opportunity to support producers and contribute to the efficient management of client data within our CRM system. Responsibilities: u2022 Provide administrative support to producers during the sales process to ensure smooth operations. u2022 Manage and maintain client databases and CRM systems to improve data accuracy and usability. u2022 Perform data entry tasks, including reformatting spreadsheets and correcting system errors. u2022 Collaborate with data analysts to input and organize data effectively within the CRM system. u2022 Utilize Microsoft Excel for formatting, sorting, and managing client-related information. u2022 Respond to inbound and outbound calls, ensuring a high level of customer service. u2022 Handle email correspondence professionally and in a timely manner. u2022 Schedule appointments and manage calendars to support team efficiency. u2022 Address system errors and inconsistencies by reviewing and updating data regularly. u2022 Assist with lead and sales generation tasks to drive new business opportunities. Requirements u2022 Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, data entry, or administrative roles. u2022 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word. u2022 Familiarity with CRM systems, such as Dynamics, is highly preferred. u2022 Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and organization. u2022 Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for handling calls and emails. u2022 Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. u2022 Experience with scheduling and appointment management. u2022 Problem-solving skills to identify and resolve system errors and inconsistencies.
