Key Responsibilities: + Handle incoming sales and customer service calls in a busy Corporate Sales Center + Explain sales procedures and respond to customer inquiries + Accurately input customer information into + Coordinate with internal departments such as Titles, Tax, and Asset Management + Collaborate with field locations and internal teams + Assist with sales transactions and related administrative tasks + Perform various duties to ensure efficient operations of the Sales Center + Complete other tasks as assigned by the supervisor Top Skills & Qualifications: Call Center Experience (2+ years) + Proven ability to manage high call volumes and resolve customer issues efficiently + Familiarity with CRM systems, call scripts, and performance metrics + Strong communication skills, resilience, and adaptability Entry-Level Candidates + Associateu2019s or Bacheloru2019s degree in Business, Communications, or related fields + Eager to learn and grow within a corporate environment + Tech-savvy with fresh perspectives on customer engagement General Customer Service + Experience in retail, hospitality, or service industries + Friendly, solution-driven attitude with strong reliability and punctuality Work Environment & Schedule: + Training Hours: Mondayu2013Friday, 8:30 AM u2013 5:00 PM + Regular Shift: 11:30 AM u2013 8:00 PM after training + Fully in-office role Why Join Us?
