Job CNC Machine Programmer / Operator ? Location: Bayport, Minnesota ? Shift: First Shift ? Job Type: Permanent About the Role We are seeking a self-motivated CNC Machine Programmer / Operator to join our Development Center team. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in CNC programming and operationu2014especially with the Accord 20 FX or similar modelsu2014and a passion for precision and innovation. Key Responsibilities + Program and operate the Accord 20 FX CNC using Xilog Plus Operator Interface . + Import DXF files, manage multi-tool equipment, and optimize machining processes. + Set up and program CNC equipment using CAD/CAM software . + Optimize tooling feeds and speeds for various materials. + Build part clamping fixtures using appropriate materials and tools. + Conduct quality checks to ensure accuracy. + Maintain a clean and organized work environment. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate progress effectively. + Follow all safety, ergonomic, and environmental procedures. + Perform other duties as assigned. Required Skills & Qualifications + Proficiency in CNC programming for Accord 20 FX and MasterCAM . + Strong knowledge of fixture and tool design . + Advanced blueprint reading skills. + Experience selecting tooling for a wide range of materials. + Excellent attention to detail and communication skills. + Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. + Skilled with hand and power tools. + Technical degree or equivalent experience in CNC Programming and Machining. + Fenestration / Window product knowledge is a plus. + Flexibility to support prototype builds outside standard hours.
