Concrete Inspector

Job Title: Inspector Job Description We are seeking an experienced Inspector to join a leading concrete repair contractor. The role involves managing and overseeing restoration projects, ensuring they meet quality standards and are completed efficiently. Responsibilities + Assist with concrete work, forming systems, and general site preparation + Load, unload, and move construction materials and tools + Perform site cleanup and maintain a safe work environment + Support trades and supervisors with daily tasks and project needs + Operate basic hand and power tools as directed + Follow safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times + Help with layout, measurements, and basic site marking + Report progress and issues to the Foreman or Superintendent Essential Skills + Experience in concrete and concrete repair. + Proficiency in masonry work. + Familiarity with RFI, change order, and submittal processes. + Experience with Procore software. + Strong focus on safety practices. Work Environment The position requires working on-site five days a week. You will be part of a growing firm with projects throughout the Tristate area. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lincoln Park, NJ. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
