Technical Project Manager

Description We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to lead complex technology initiatives across the enterprise. This role combines strong project management expertise with technical analysis capabilities to ensure successful delivery of strategic projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder expectations, and drive projects from inception to completion while maintaining alignment with organizational goals. Responsibilities Day to Day: u2022 Lead end-to-end delivery of technical projects, ensuring scope, timelines, and budgets are met. u2022 Partner with engineering, architecture, and business teams to define technical requirements and project objectives. u2022 Perform technical analysis to assess feasibility, identify risks, and recommend solutions. u2022 Develop and maintain detailed project plans, resource allocations, and status reports. u2022 Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders. u2022 Ensure compliance with governance processes and ensure project documentation is auditable. Skills Required: u2022 Project Management: Agile, Waterfall, hybrid methodologies. u2022 Technical Analysis: Ability to interpret technical requirements, perform impact analysis, and translate into actionable plans. u2022 Tools: Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project), and collaboration platforms. u2022 Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to influence senior stakeholders. u2022 Leadership: Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple priorities, and lead cross-functional teams. u2022 Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset with ability to resolve conflicts and mitigate risks.
