Inventory & Warehouse Specialist Location: Onsite in Mundelein, IL Employment Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire Salary Range: $57,000 - $65,000 annually (based on experience) Great benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401k, annual bonuses, 2 weeks of paid vacation, paid holidays We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory & Warehouse Specialist to join our client in Mundelein's team. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys balancing administrative responsibilities with hands-on warehouse tasks. Responsibilities: Manage customer inquiries and order processing via phone, email, and in-person. Provide accurate information on products, services, pricing, and availability. Document all customer interactions and maintain ERP records. Monitor and track inventory levels across multiple warehouse locations. Perform inventory planning, adjustments, and optimization. Execute cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies. Receive incoming shipments, inspect and document inventory, and coordinate put-away. Fulfill and package outgoing orders, generate shipping documents, and schedule pickups with carriers. Ensure proper packaging to prevent damage during shipping. Support customs clearance processes, including verifying HTS codes. Adhere to inventory control procedures for loss prevention and security. Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of administrative support or inventory management experience. Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP or MS Dynamics preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUP) strongly preferred. Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask across office and warehouse responsibilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Positive, professional demeanor and ability to build rapport with clients. Experience with customs clearance and HTS codes is a plus. Schedule & Benefits: Monday-Friday, 8-hour shift (flexible start time between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m.). Competitive salary and benefits package.
