More information is available at . Position Description The purpose of this job is to preform installations, maintenance and repairs of facility HVAC/R. Maintenance on cooking equipment, refrigeration units, lighting, warming cabinets. Minor plumbing, electrical and construction repairs within various Arbyu2019s locations in the area. Must be able to travel within region 100% and work varied shifts, weekends and holidays due to accessibility. Position Responsibilities u2022 Respond to service requests; troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair based on warranty and industry standards u2022 Communicate with maintenance supervisor and store management to report repair status u2022 Inspect and preform equipment repairs and replacements u2022 Perform routine preventative maintenance u2022 Respond to emergency maintenance request u2022 Adhere to all safety and policies and procedures u2022 Complete other duties as assigned Skills and Requirements u2022 HVAC Certification (1 year+) u2022 At least 18 years of age u2022 Must provide proof upon hire of legal status to work in the United States. u2022 Possess basic tools and meters knowledge u2022 Drug Free workplace - must be able to pass a DOT Drug Screen, a fit for duty physical, and a criminal background check. u2022 Possess a clean Motor Vehicle Report Physical Job Requirements u2022 Bending, Stooping, Lifting, Pushing, Pulling u2022 Must be able to lift 50+ lbs u2022 Climbing / Rooftop work u2022 Inside and Outside work (exposure to extreme heat on rooftops and cold weather).
