We seek employees who are passionate about serving and making a differencein the lives of others.Make more than a Living, Make a DifferenceOur Benefits (FT):Low-Cost Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance19 days of Paid Time Off the first year11 paid holidaysRetirement savings plan with employer match up to 5%Flexible spending accountsPaid short-term and voluntary long-term disabilityGroup Term Life and AD&D InsuranceVoluntary term life insurancePublic Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Eligible EmployerPTO ExchangeHourly Rate:$23.00Duties and Responsibilities:The CRC Coordinator is responsible for maintaining order in the CRC and ensure the safety of all customers utilizing CRC service.Provide excellent, prompt, and staff assisted customer service to all center customers; provide each customer with a warm greeting when they enter the CRC and offer to debrief as customers are leaving the CRC.Assist first time customers with their on-line PA CareerLink registration.Actively monitor the progress of customer's while using the CRC, answer customer questions, help customers use the available tools effectively for the best results, and recommend specific, computer-based applications to meet customer goals.Maintain daily participation logs and forward to the Universal Services Team LeadInform customers who request and exhibit the need for more services of available workshops and other resources, including the Welcome to PA CareerLink workshops, myPlace, and the benefits of WIOA registration.Maintain CRC in organized and clean manner and inform Universal Services Team Lead when CRC documents need to be refilled or equipment needs to be repaired.Qualifications:Associate Degree in human services field or minimum of three years of work experience in a related field.Past experience working with the targeted population. u00a0.Good conversation skills, genial personality; excellent customer services skills. u00a0Patience and ability to actively listen, resolve customer concerns, and de-escalate emotional customers or confrontational situations.Required to pass a drug screen in compliance with our Substance Abuse and Drug-Free Workplace policy.This job description is intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by a person assigned to this job.
