Service Technician

Recruiting Solutions is seeking an outgoing professionalService Technicianto work with a local company in the Upstate area of Taylors, SC. The Service Technician is responsible for performing hands-on, physical work with HVAC Filtration Systems. This role involves working with filters, supporting routine upkeep tasks, and collaborating with a team to ensure safe and efficient operations. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-minded, and comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial setting on site at local businesses, schools, or hospitals with some overnight travel. This is a direct hire role and payrate $20hr.Benefits:- Medical, dental, and vision benefits- PTO- 401k- Great overtime opportunities- Gym membershipKey Responsibilities:- Perform service, maintenance, and replacement of HVAC and filtration system filters for commercial and industrial client locations.- Perform hands-on maintenance tasks, including filter changes and general upkeep.- Work safely at heights following safety guidelines.- Stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for 8-10 hours per shift.- Follow dispatch directions for each service location.- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.- Communicate effectively with supervisors and leads regarding tasks and issues.- Support additional maintenance or operational duties as needed.Requirements:- High School Diploma or GED.- Valid Drivers License- Ability to work at elevated heights.- Ability to stand for extended periods (8-10 hours).- Comfortable performing physical, hands-on tasks in an industrial or maintenance environment.- Team-oriented with strong communication skills.- Willingness to travel.- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
