Premium Short Shift Pay:u00a0We offer a variety of shift Lengths ranging from 1 hour to 12 hours. Our 1-hour shifts get paid at $30 per hour and hour 2-hour shifts get paid at $22.50 an hour. Any shift 3 hours or longer is paid at a base rate between $19-$22 based on experience. u00a0 Role Responsibilities: Provide companionship and conversation to enhance the lives of our clients. Assist with daily activities such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and errands. Provide physical assistance such as bathing, dressing, grooming, transferring, and ambulation. Accompany clients to appointments or social outings, providing transportation as needed. Monitor and report changes in the clientu2019s health, behavior, and needs. Act as a member of the Care coordination team to communication with the RN Case Manager to update the plan of care.u00a0 Requirements: A compassionate, patient, and caring nature. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Experience providing care to clients in a hands-on environment (Home Health, Assisted Living, Group Home, Hospital Setting)u00a0 Reliable vehicle and a valid driveru2019s license with Auto Insurance.
