Customer Service Representative

Customer Service Representative Location: Muscatine, IA Shift: 7:00AM-3:30PM Schedule: Monday-Friday Pay: $19.00/hr. Advance Services is looking to recruit a Customer Service Representative to work for a local, family-owned, and operated 3PL company located in the heart of the Midwest. Duties/Responsibilities: Work with customers to coordinate shipments to and from warehouse to meet key customer delivery requirements. Generate associated documents for customer shipments including warehouse pick sheets, packing lists and bills of lading. Communicate with customers and carriers for transporting customer orders and receipts. Enter inventory transactions into the warehouse management system (WMS) Effectively communicate with warehouse operations to ensure proper scheduling Requirements: - High School Diploma or GED - General office experience - Experience working in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook - Zebra Printer, printers, copy machines, 2-way radio, and multi-line phone system - Some prior customer service and/or warehouse experience desired. - Must be able to stand and sit for prolonged periods of time. -Must be able to walk, stoop, hear and talk on a regular basis. -Must be able to lift-up to 50 pounds on occasion.
