This role supports engineering teams by collecting field data to optimize coverage, capacity, and quality of service across 5G technologies. This position requires 100% travel.This position will support the Northeast region which consists of the following states:MN, VT, NE, MA, RI, CT, NY, NJ, PA, DE, MD, DC, VAESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned:Drive Testing: Operate drive test equipment (e.g., TEMS Pocket, X-CAL, QXDM) in vehicles or on foot to collect RF data across designated routes and clusters.Perform a Speed TestData Collection & Upload: Capture logs for RSRP, SINR, PCI, throughput, and scanner data. Upload results to centralized servers for post-processing and validation.Properly follow the test files naming conventions.Reporting: Communicate with Circet and client point of contacts throughout the process and to escalate issues as necessary.High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certifications preferred.Familiarity with wireless technologies: LTE, VoLTE, CDMA, 5G, MIMO, Carrier Aggregation strongly preferred.1-3 years of experience in RF testing or field technician roles desired.Experience with DAS, small cells, or CRAN installations is beneficial.Must have good computer skills.Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and clean driving record.Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends.Willingness and ability to work overtimeCircet USA is an Equal Opportunity Employer - Veteran/Disabled.
