Join us and start your extraordinary journey today.The Senior Digital Marketing Account Manager is responsible for leading a team of talented digital team members to develop best in class digital marketing. This individual is charged with driving digital strategy to meet objectives and project deliverables while leveraging a solid understanding of digital initiatives, policies, procedures and/or requirements.With a focus on inbound and outbound marketing efforts, lead generation and marketing channel optimization, this role is critical to increasing volume and promoting brand growth through the development, management, and reporting of digital plans and partnerships.Effectively guide, mentor, and lead a team of digital associates with a focus on paid media, social media SEO and website best practicesEstablish strong working relationships with a variety of digital partners to manage the digital media-buying, placement, monitoring and reportingLead the in-house day to day operation of all digital marketing efforts; working at both the strategic level and operational level as a subject matter expertMeasure and report performance of all digital marketing efforts (SEO, paid search, email marketing, etc.), against goals (ROI and KPIs) and provide strategic recommendationsContribute to large-scale planning related to the execution of the digital strategyMaintain end-to-end digital marketing capabilities and strategy that aligns with the needs and goals of each property and RPM LivingOversight and management of corporate and property-level website strategy, SEO optimization, initiatives and best practices.Set and deliver short and long-range content management direction for websitesEstablish best practices around the use of data and analytics to inform marketing and campaign effectiveness and lead our overall approach to use of digital marketing agenciesGeneral oversight and management of all digital initiatives for RPM properties and corporate channels, including but not limited to; websites, portals, SEO, paid search, ILS’, reputation management, Google web tools and social mediaAs needed, develop and manage all components of digital marketing campaigns, inclusive of ads, landing pages, copy, and other assets as applicableAudit and manage all digital marketing campaigns created in-house or outsourced with vendor partnersUpdate training materials, guidelines and other documentation related to digital marketing systemsProvide expertise as needed to RPM clients in partnership with the in-house marketing associates and operations teamsSupport business development efforts through digital marketing evaluation of prospective new properties and clientsOversight and management of Google web tools for corporate and the property portfolioAs needed, engage with content management system to improve SEO through website back end settings (tagging, photo edits, copy, and other enhancements)Communicate clearly all information attained through the follow up of reviews, leads, and marketing materials to theManagement team, Marketing team, and Senior leadership in efforts to approve upon all of our expectations for our sales goals, employee development, and customer service goalsBachelor's degree from four-year college or university;
