Company: ADM Security SolutionsPosition: Area Manager Location: Austin, TXSalary: $48,500Bonus: Signing BonusReports to: General Manager, AustinOverview:The Area Manager is responsible for working with the Branch Manager/General Manager to ensure all contract deliverables are met. The Area Manager must be knowledgeable of all company policies and procedures as well as contract terms and deliverables.Manage the delivery of services through subordinate team and fill in for the Branch Manager/General Manager in their absence.Work with assigned personnel to ensure that all contractually scheduled hours are covered with properly trained personnel with a minimum of unbilled overtime and non-billed hours.Conduct at a minimum weekly inspection of all job sites.Coach, counsel, and develop assigned personnel.Serve as a point of contact for clients and employees.Provide prompt response to problems and complaints.Ensure post orders and related administrative documents are properly created, maintained, and updated in accordance with company requirements.Effectively utilize TrackTik or similar system to manage site operations, ensure satisfactory job performance by site teams and implement quality assurance measures.Maintain required company documentation.Assist with new account start-ups, special projects, and extra coverage.Ensure employees at all levels are trained in accordance with company standards, contract requirements, and licensing authority requirements. Conduct follow-up training as needed.Conduct site inspections and conduct monthly afterhours and weekend site visits at an interval determined by the company.Ensure proper use, and maintenance of relevant equipment used at job sites (keys/key cards, cell phones, radios, wands, etc.).Ensure the prompt and accurate completion of payroll.Assist with security, safety, and other investigations.Assist with hiring process, including conducting interviews.Ensure prompt notification of all stakeholders including regional, division, corporate and clients during critical or significant incidents in accordance with company rules, regulations, procedures and policies.Issue uniforms and equipment.Other duties as assigned.Essential Traits & Skills:Polished interpersonal, people-management, and conflict resolution skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Strong leadership skills, work ethic, judgment, professionalism, and dependability.Respectful, constructive, and energetic style aligned with company objectives.Innovative thinking and strategic application.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Dedication to high-quality customer service and integrity.Proven excellence in service management.Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with leadership, peers, subordinates, and clients.Proven history in developing and engaging people.Passion for coaching and development.Ability to ensure compliance with fair employment practices.Must be flexible as position is on call 24 hours a day, seven days a week.Must attended and successfully passed Company Leadership training.Previous security, military and/or law enforcement supervisory experience preferred. A College degree may account for ½ of the experience qualification.Detail orientedInternal candidates must have an exemplary performance and attendance record with NO disciplinary action within a year of applying for this position.Exceptional customer service, written and oral communication skills. Good presentation skills preferred.Must be able to multitask.Must be proficient with Microsoft office products and be able to operate and maintain site specific security programs.This position may require work inside and outside in varying temperatures. This position requires standing for prolonged periods of time, walking, bending and some lifting. A portion of this position may require sitting in front of a computer for prolonged periods of time.
