Company: ADM Security SolutionsPosition: Area Manager Location: Austin, TXSalary: $48,500Bonus: Signing BonusReports to: General Manager, AustinOverview:The Area Manager is responsible for working with the Branch Manager/General Manager to ensure all contract deliverables are met. The Area Manager must be knowledgeable of all company policies and procedures as well as contract terms and deliverables.Manage the delivery of services through subordinate team and fill in for the Branch Manager/General Manager in their absence.Work with assigned personnel to ensure that all contractually scheduled hours are covered with properly trained personnel with a minimum of unbilled overtime and non-billed hours.Conduct at a minimum weekly inspection of all job sites.Coach, counsel, and develop assigned personnel.Serve as a point of contact for clients and employees.Provide prompt response to problems and complaints.Ensure post orders and related administrative documents are properly created, maintained, and updated in accordance with company requirements.Effectively utilize TrackTik or similar system to manage site operations, ensure satisfactory job performance by site teams and implement quality assurance measures.Maintain required company documentation.Assist with new account start-ups, special projects, and extra coverage.Ensure employees at all levels are trained in accordance with company standards, contract requirements, and licensing authority requirements. Good presentation skills preferred.Must be able to multitask.Must be proficient with Microsoft office products and be able to operate and maintain site specific security programs.This position may require work inside and outside in varying temperatures. This position requires standing for prolonged periods of time, walking, bending and some lifting. A portion of this position may require sitting in front of a computer for prolonged periods of time.
