You’ll lead a talented service team, manage high-impact installation and maintenance projects, and serve as the go-to technical expert for both internal teams and customers.This is a highly visible leadership role for someone who can balance field involvement with strategic direction — ensuring that Aquafinity’s service division continues to deliver excellence, safety, and customer satisfaction.What You’ll Do:Team Leadership & DevelopmentLead, train, and mentor a team of service technicians across multiple regionsSet performance standards, conduct evaluations, and drive professional growthFoster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvementTechnical Support & TrainingServe as the primary technical resource for internal teams and clientsConduct on-site training and workshops to elevate technical expertiseTroubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and water quality challengesOperations & Project ManagementOversee daily service operations, technician deployment, and schedulingManage multiple installation and maintenance projects simultaneouslyDevelop SOPs that drive consistency, quality, and efficiencyMonitor safety programs and ensure regulatory complianceCustomer & Business LeadershipAct as the key point of contact for all service-related client needsSupport preventative maintenance programs and service-based revenue growthContribute technical insight to business development and strategic initiativesFinancial ManagementAssist in creating and managing departmental budgetsForecast and track expenses and revenueIdentify opportunities for operational and financial improvementWhat You BringBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)15+ years of experience in the aquatics, service operations, or project management fieldsStrong technical knowledge of aquatic systems, pumps, motors, filtration, and water chemistryCertified Pool Operator (CPO) or Aquatic Facility Operator (AFO) certification preferred (or willingness to obtain within 6 months)Proven leadership and mentoring abilitiesProficiency with ERP systems and project management toolsExcellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsJoin Aquafinity and lead the way in delivering world-class service solutions that keep our clients — and our systems — running at peak performance.Apply today to become our next Director of Technical Service.USD $120,000.00 - USD $130,000.00 /Yr.
