Doctor shortages are one of the biggest healthcare challenges in America today and as our Lead Data Scientist you’ll be directly working at Barton to solve it.As our Data Scientist you will work closely with our Lead Data Scientist and Chief AI Officer to drive commercial growth for the organization by combining your advanced technical skills, consulting, and business acumen. This is a great role for someone who wants a strong start to a career at the intersections of AI, machine learning, software development, and business.Your primary focus will be to drive sales growth by helping Barton identify key recruiting opportunities (think doctors, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants) and get them to sign on with us for locum tenens services.
