They should be detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.What We Offer!Industry-leading benefits packageMedical, Dental, and VisionCompany vehicle, gas card, tablet, uniformEmployee DiscountsCareer growth opportunities1-Week Paid Vacation First YearPaid Holidays401(k), IRAWhat will you do?Engage with clients to inform them of issues, solutions, and outcomes; recommend products and services for optimal system performance.Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC systems and equipment.Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.Maintain and perform work on air handling units, duct work, vents, and condensation drainage lines.Accurately track repairs and complete work in Service Titan and other trade software systems.Ensure that the work performed is aligned with industry standards.Communicate issues in a non-technical manner to clients.What will you bring?3+ years as an HVAC service technicianResidential HVAC experienceStrong communication and customer service skillsProficient knowledge of different models of HVAC systemsPhysical Demands:Stand/Sit: Must be able to remain in stationary position 50% of theMay be required to bend, climb (Stairs/Ladders), do repetitive motion, kneel, reach, squat, stand, crawl, walk, and runMay be required to drive and sit for long periods of timeMay be required to maneuver up to 25 lb. by lifting, carrying or pushingPay Transparency:The starting rate for this opportunity ranges from$60k to $200kannually (Pay depending on performance). The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. Other rewards may include incentive plan opportunities and annual bonus eligibility.We provide a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
