CHI St. Alexius Health Williston proudly provides primary care, specialty care, family medicine, 3D mammography, orthopedics, neurology, and several other health services to our Williston community.As our Clinic CNA at CHI St. Alexius Health Williston, now part of CommonSpirit Health, you’ll assists in the delivery of patient care and performance of established tasks and procedures under the supervision of a physically present and immediately available Registered Nurse/ Hospital Provider. Is held accountable for policies and procedures of the department and organization. Your success in this role comes from your enthusiasm to help others, work efficiently, and your empathy for our patients. This position supports the mission, vision, and philosophy of CommonSpirit Health.Perform/record vital signs, CPR, apply oxygen delivering systems, perform simple wound irrigation/direct pressure/dressings, prepare sterile field for suturing, assist provider with treatment when appropriate, apply restraints, clean medical equipment and prepare for sterilization, collect urine specimens, and phlebotomyAssists in making observations, gathering data, and identifying patient care needsAssists with patient transports and transfersAnswer telephones, filing, greet patients/visitors, transcribe provider’s orders, electronic data entry, and assist with documentationAssists with cleaning, stocking, and maintenance of department equipment and suppliesPractices safe work habits, compliance with safety rules and regulations, and adheres to safety policiesIf you are committed to social justice, health equity, and prepared to deliver care in new, innovative ways, you belong with us.We are offering a $3,000 Sign-On Bonus to new hires who meet the eligibility requirements.Education and ExperienceHigh School Diploma, preferred.Licensure and CertificationsAmerican Hearth Association Basic Life Support (BLS)-CPR, required within 30 days of start.Certified Nurse Assistant; North Dakota, required upon hire.ND State Nursing Assistant Registry - https://services.ndhhs.gov/nurseaide
