PaperWorks’ products are certified by the Forest Stewardship Council and 100% Recycled Paperboard Alliance.Pipefitter Maintenance SupervisorWe’re looking for a hands‑on Maintenance Supervisor to lead our pipefitter craft and drive safe, reliable, and efficient maintenance operations. In this role, you’ll assign daily and weekly work, coach and develop your team, support RCM practices, and ensure maintenance activities are completed safely, on time, and to standard.What You’ll DoLead and supervise pipefitter crews in daily and scheduled maintenanceEnsure safe work practices, hazard identification, and housekeeping standardsProvide technical guidance on repairs, troubleshooting, and equipment rebuildsPerform root cause analysis and implement corrective actionsCoordinate schedules with other maintenance disciplinesMonitor job progress and approve completed workMaintain preventive maintenance programs and support major equipment evaluationsEnsure parts, tools, and materials are available for planned workBuild strong relationships with union and management teamsWhat You BringHigh school diploma or GED; technical training or degree preferred5-10 years of maintenance experience (electrical, mechanical, or fluid systems)Welding experience/certificationsStrong PM/PdM, FMEA, and CMMS experienceKnowledge of mechanical/electrical systems, tools, and maintenance techniquesAbility to read blueprints, technical plans, and engineering documentsStrong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
