Striping Crew Laborer

We are looking for a reliable and hard-working Striping Crew Laborer to assist with pavement marking and striping operations on roads, parking lots, and other paved surfaces. This role supports the crew with layout, setup, paint application, equipment maintenance, and cleanup. The ideal candidate is safety-minded, detail-oriented, and able to work outdoors in various conditions.Assist with layout of markings using tape measures, chalk lines, and stencilsSupport striping operations using paint sprayers, hand liners, thermoplastic applicators, and other toolsLoad and unload materials, stencils, cones, signage, and equipmentSet up and remove traffic control devices to maintain a safe work zoneMaintain and clean striping tools and equipment at the end of each shiftFollow foreman instructions and work closely with other crew membersEnsure markings are applied with proper spacing, alignment, and thicknessPerform general labor duties including site prep and cleanupPerform additional duties as assignedTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
